Return and Quality Control:

Kindly note we gladly accept returns for credit note or exchanges within 7 days as long as the returned products are new, unused and returned with all original packaging and tags.

We run a stringent quality control process on all our shipping and packaging processes. In rare circumstances, if you do receive a damaged, defective/wrong product or an incomplete order, please get in touch with us with your order details and pictures within 48 hours at info@crimzonworld.com.

Package your product, enclose your order invoice and return via a trackable courier service to the below address:

We do not have a return pick up policy. We are not responsible for return/exchange items until they reach us. Or bring your invoice or receipt to any Crimzon store for quick returns and exchanges.

You will receive an email confirmation once we receive your returned products.

Returns and Credit Notes:

All purchases on full price/sale/discount/promotion are eligible for replacement or a credit note only. Products bought on sale can be exchanged for size based on availability. In event of the product not being available we will issue a credit note for the same.

All Bags are considered Final Sale. No Exchange or Credit Note will be provided against it.

Clearance sales are final sale. No size / style exchange / credit note / refunds will be entertained.

Customised items are considered as final sale and will not be eligible for exchange or return.

If there is a need for the shoe to be altered and is within our scope of work we will take on the alterations solely at our discretion.

The product must be in its original unused condition with all original packaging and tags attached, in order to receive a credit note.

In the event of a return, the customer will receive an email with a voucher code to be used online as a credit note.

The voucher/ credit note must be used within 3 months / 90 days from the date of issue.

In no situation can the credit note be refunded into your bank account.
